Paleo Stuffed Dates are made with 5 healthy ingredients and are super easy to throw together. This healthy paleo candy recipe calls for dates, pistachios, orange juice, orange zest, and a pinch of sea salt. I think of fruit as nature’s candy and I love using it to make healthy dessert recipes.
This recipe was originally published on Elan’s Pantry.
Dates were first cultivated in the Middle East and have been a culinary staple in that part of the world for thousands of years. Now, dates are used throughout the world to add flare to savory dishes and to sweeten desserts. They are also eaten plain since they are so rich, delicious, and healthy.
Dates are very sweet, but since they are an excellent source of energy, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, they are considered a healthy food. I hope you love this Paleo Stuffed Dates recipe as much as we do!
