Ingredients:

  • 1 bag boil-in-bag white rice
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans Oriental stir-fry vegetable mix, such as Season
    brand, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can stir-fry baby corn, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can straw mushrooms, drained
  • leftover roasted or rotisserie chicken, skin and bones discarded, meat torn
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard mixed with ¼ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 cups chow-mein noodles
