- 1 bag boil-in-bag white rice
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 (15-ounce) cans Oriental stir-fry vegetable mix, such as Season
brand, drained - 1 (15-ounce) can stir-fry baby corn, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can straw mushrooms, drained
- leftover roasted or rotisserie chicken, skin and bones discarded, meat torn
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard mixed with ¼ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 cups chow-mein noodles
