- 1 (2.1-ounce) box mini phyllo (fillo) cups, such as Athens brand
- 1 (10-ounce) bag Lightlife Smart Chili
- ½ cup dairy or nondairy sour cream

Preheat oven to 350F. Place the phyllo cups on a parchment-lined cookie sheet; no need to thaw them.
Bake for 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the chili in the microwave according to package directions, or in a small pot over medium heat.
Fill each cup with chili. Top with a small dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle with paprika.
