Creamy French-Fried Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 (1-pound) bags frozen California­ mix vegetables f carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
  • 2 (4.5-ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 2 (2.8-ounce) cans french-fried onions, such as French’s

Preheat oven to 350’F. Place the frozen mixed vegetables into a strainer. Run them under warm Well separate them and melt any ice crystals. Drain very well. Place the vegetables into a medium oven-to-table casserole or divide them into 6-ounce ramekins for individual portions.

Top the vegetables with the cream-style corn. Sprinkle on the fried onions.

Cover the casserole or ramekins with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until the onions are crispy, about 5-6 minutes. Serve hot.
