Here’s what you’ll need:
- 10 Jumbo shrimp
- 14 Waverly Wafers, crumbled
- 1/3 c. dry sherry
- 1 T. low-cal Italian salad dressing 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2′ tsp. garlic salt
- 10 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 T. chopped parsley, optional
Shell, clean and butterfly shrimp. Mix next 6 ingredients. Lay shrimp flat on baking sheet and top each shrimp with cracker mix. Sprinkle each shrimp with 1 tsp. parmesan and parsley, if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Women = 4 shrimp
Men = 6 shrimp

On low sodium diets all salts should be replaced with either powders; e.g. garlic powder, onion powder, or salt substitutes Soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, lemon-pepper marinade and regular mustard are not allowed.
