What you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 lbs. filet of sole (or any thin whitefish of your choice) Garlic salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 T. parmesan cheese
Season fish with salt, pepper and oregano. Place in pyrex baking dish. Spread tomato sauce over fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
