Baked Chicken With Rice

This dish is DEFINITELY NOT LOW-FAT, but wow is it delish!

Baked Chicken with Rice

  • 1 1/2 cup raw rice
  • 2 cups water, dissolve 2 chicken bouillion
  • 1 cut up chicken (8 pieces)
  • 1 package onion soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soupt

Put uncooked rice in pan. Add water with bouillion. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle in onion soup, paprika, and mushroom soup. Bake uncovered for 40-minutes at 325 degrees. Then cover and bake for an additional 40-minutes. Enjoy!
