What you’ll need:
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce (low-sodium diets substitute 2 16-oz. cans tomato sauce with mushrooms)
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/8 tsp. ground rosemary
- 1 lb. drained cooked medium shrimp Lemon wedge
Saute chopped green pepper and chopped onion for 5 minutes in pan with non-caloric spray. Add Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce, lemon juice, wine and rosemary; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cooked shrimp and heat thoroughly. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4.

- Women= 7 medium shrimp & 2 T. sauce
