What you’ll need…
- 1 1/2 lbs. whitefish, cod, halibut, flounder or swordfish
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 3 tsp. Sweet’N Low
- 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root 1 scallion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped, optional 1 T. sesame seeds
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Let fish stand in marinade for several hours (at least 2 hrs.). Line baking pan with large piece of foil. Fold up sides around fish and close securely. Bake 30-35 mins. or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4.
