Here’s what you need (ingredients):
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh fish fillets; i.e. sole, halibut, turbot, cod, flounder
- 21 oz. jar Ragu Italian Cooking sauce
Preheat oven to 425°. Arrange fish in a single layer in baking dish. Pour sauce over fish. Bake approx. 15-20 mins. or until fish flakes easily.

On low sodium diets delete Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce or Butoni Marinara and substitute equal portions of tomato sauce with tomato bits, adding dashes of garlic powder, thyme, oregano, and marjoram, if desired.
