What you’ll need:
- 30 baby shrimp (fresh or canned) or
- 15 baby shrimp and 4 oz. fresh or canned crab meat or
- 8 oz. fresh or canned crab meat
- Half head butter lettuce, washed and torn into bite-size piece
- 1 small tomato, quartered
- 1 handful fresh bean sprouts, optional
- 1 hard-cooked egg white, graded
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Toss all ingredients except egg white and Parmesan. Place on plate. Top with egg white and Parmesan cheese.
