Shrimp/Crab Salad

IDD Shrimp and/or Crab Salad

What you’ll need:

  • 30 baby shrimp (fresh or canned) or
  • 15 baby shrimp and 4 oz. fresh or canned crab meat or
  • 8 oz. fresh or canned crab meat
  • Half head butter lettuce, washed and torn into bite-size piece
  • 1 small tomato, quartered
  • 1 handful fresh bean sprouts, optional
  • 1 hard-cooked egg white, graded
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Toss all ingredients except egg white and Parmesan. Place on plate. Top with egg white and Parmesan cheese.
