IDD Yummy Jumbo Shrimp

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 10 Jumbo shrimp
  • 14 Waverly Wafers, crumbled
  • 1/3 c. dry sherry
  • 1 T. low-cal Italian salad dressing 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2′ tsp. garlic salt
  • 10 tsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T. chopped parsley, optional

Shell, clean and butterfly shrimp. Mix next 6 ingredients. Lay shrimp flat on baking sheet and top each shrimp with cracker mix. Sprinkle each shrimp with 1 tsp. parmesan and parsley, if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

Women = 4 shrimp
Men = 6 shrimp
